RunwayBridge (“RunwayBridge,” “we,” “us”), operated by Runwaybridge LLC, is a referral broker that connects healthcare providers with third-party working-capital and factoring partners. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide — your name, business name, email, phone, state, provider type, billing volume, payment timelines, and the details and documents you submit through our eligibility check and application (for example bank statements, a W-9, articles of organization, or an AR aging report).
- Verification information — when you complete identity and business verification, our verification provider collects and processes government ID, business-registry, and compliance (AML) data and returns the result to us.
- Automatic information — basic device and usage data, and a referral code if you arrived through a partner link, used to attribute your referral.
How we use your information
- To assess eligibility and match you with the funding partner that best fits your receivables.
- To assemble your funding-ready profile and share it with a partner so they can make you an offer.
- To verify identity and business ownership and to meet legal and anti-fraud obligations.
- To communicate with you about your application and to improve our service.
How we share your information
- Funding & factoring partners — with your authorization, we share your profile with vetted partners so they can evaluate and offer funding. Any funding relationship is directly between you and that partner.
- Verification provider — we use a third-party identity/KYB/AML provider to verify you and your business.
- Service providers — hosting, email, and analytics vendors that operate our service under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, or to protect against fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Referral compensation
RunwayBridge may receive compensation from its funding partners when a referral we send is funded. This does not change the terms a partner offers you.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices & rights

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
